About Us

Owner and operator Karyn Wehner completed her Early Childhood Education training in 2000 from Okanagan University College. She worked for seven years at the North Okanagan Child Care Society in Vernon. Karyn's experience at this center was in the 3-5 Year old daycare center the Montessori and French Preschools and the Infant- Toddler Program. While working for N.O.C.C.S. she took her Infant Toddler Education Training through Distance Education and graduated in 2004. Karyn also managed “Butterfly Dreams” Child Care Center in Armstrong in 2004 and more recently ran the child minding program at the Gateway Continuing Education center for School District 83. Karyn and her husband Mark have two children Aubrey (14 years old) and Matthew (12 years old).
